For over 16 years, it's been my passion to guide small- and medium-sized businesses through the complex world of HR. With a blend of passion, empathy, and seasoned expertise, I provide not just guidance but transformative resources to help your company—and its people—prosper.
In my observation, a clear divide existed in the HR landscape: large corporations enjoyed a plethora of HR services, from compliance to Learning & Development and Employment Law. Smaller companies, however, struggled with limited, often fragmented HR options and faced the daunting task of balancing solid compliance against effective training, all within a tight budget.
HCCI℠ was born out of a desire to change this narrative. I aimed to ensure that business size should never be a barrier to accessing high-quality HR services, especially at a cost that's fair and accessible.
Our innovative approach was a game-changer. It brought a comprehensive suite of HR services to small businesses in South Florida, including strategic HR planning, compliance, tailored L&D programs, and legal expertise, all at a fraction of the usual cost.
